With floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Christina River, the Rehearsal Hall is truly a breathtaking space and the perfect place to schedule a meeting, art show, book opening, birthday gathering, cocktail party or wedding reception!
OperaDelaware Studios is located in the heart of Wilmington, just blocks from the Amtrak station. Free, convenient parking is available for everyone in your party, and the Studios are equipped with elevators and handicapped-accessible bathrooms. Hall rentals also include the use of the kitchen (refrigerator, ice machine, sink and dishwasher) and second floor lobby, and are available for $115/hr. Non-negotiable fees include a $175 cleaning fee (in preparation for the event and clean-up) and a $25/hr security fee. We offer great rates for non-profits, and catering recommendations are available upon request.
The Black Box, home to City Theater Company and location sponsor of the Wilmington Fringe Festival, is a great place to produce your play, concert or improv performance! It’s equipped with stage lights and a simple light board, and can typically seat 100 patrons depending upon stage set-up. The Black Box rents for $95/hour. Discounted rehearsal fees MAY be available.
