On January 17th at 5:30 pm, AVA will present a pre-opera lecture about Verdi's Oberto by music director Christofer Macatsoris in AVA's Helen Corning Warden Theater, 1920 Spruce Street, Philadelphia. In addition to the AVA performances, Oberto will be performed at The Grand in Wilmington on January 28th at 2 pm. For tickets, go to www.operade.org or call The Grand's Box Office at 1-800-37-GRAND. As it does with every Main Stage production, OD will offer a free lecture on Oberto one hour prior to the performance, at 1 pm. The lecture will be held in the Wesler Room on the lower level of The Grand.
